They understand that aside from the basic configuration, each client requires the tool to capture different data, measure different goals and be configured to match your business objectives. As well as setting up Google Analytics for you, we’ll also install customer survey tools to ensure that you are getting direct feedback from your online visitors as to what they think of your website and what you need to improve.
KPI workshop
Every business is different and this service is a great way to make sure your Web Analytics programme is the best for your needs. In it we discuss your business objectives, and agree Key Performance Indicators for your website, against which future success can be measured. If there are any gaps in the capability of the tools we reconfigure them or develop bespoke code. We then create your own website reporting dashboards, including all the reports and graphs we need to monitor for your business all in one place, and constantly updated. For some of our clients, using AWA for a one-off analytics project makes real sense. You may want to ‘dip your toe’ and see what difference an analytical approach to your website makes, or you may have specific issues you want our help in tackling. There are a lot of resources available on web analytics, but nothing beats face-to-face instruction on how your business can use web analytics to your advantage. Staying ahead of the competition is as vital in the online as the offline world. The pace of change is frightening, and you need to know what new online marketing forms your competitors are trialling. We provide a competitor review service that covers benchmarking your website metrics against industry averages, mystery shopping, news monitoring, competitors’ keywords and referral traffic as well as product range and pricing/offers. We’ll report to you on a monthly basis and tell you where the opportunities lie to steal a march on your rivals.
