Blink Retouching used AWA for a full strategic review to help them re-position the business to tap into the global market for professional digital image retouchers.
The review included pinpointing the customer benefits to develop the brand and analysing every aspect of the web offering, from functionality, copy and design to SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and PPC (Pay Per Click). We also worked with Blink to set measurable goals, such as visits to the ‘Contact Us’ page, and monitored these using Google Analytics to constantly improve performance.
In the first 6 months, leads generated were 423% higher than the previous year, with sales leads from all over the world, and the business is going from strength to strength.

Buttonbag - launch sucess
Buttonbag, an e-retailer of craft kits for children, is a small player in a big market.
Their budget has to deliver a big bang for every buck, so when they needed a new website they cherry-picked the services they needed. AWA installed Google Analytics and iPerceptions and used this knowledge to develop the specification for the website.
AWA also conducted a competitor review to make sure the new website would offer more, and oversaw the tendering process and supplier selection. The new website has just gone live, and early signs are that that sales are significantly up compared with the old Buttonbag site.
It's now on target to achieve ambitious targets for growth Buttonbag's Director Sarah Duchars said
